Project Manager

Our 24/7 AI recruiter, Lisa, identifies talent worldwide across diverse roles, conducts AI video interviews in more than 30 languages, and helps organisations secure better matches in less time while lowering recruitment costs. To help drive our initiatives forward, we are seeking an organised, proactive Project Manager to join our team on-site in Zurich, Switzerland, on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-functional projects, steering them from inception to delivery to keep our innovative solutions moving at pace. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from defining project charters and setting scope to managing schedules, tracking milestones, and upholding governance.
• Align resources and coordinate day-to-day project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating collaborative workshops, delivering executive-level updates, and supporting client engagements.
• Proactively manage risks and issues by mapping dependencies, assessing impacts, and establishing robust mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication channels across teams to keep all contributors focused, informed, and aligned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, including scope creation, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and schedule governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with demonstrated expertise in cross-functional communication and executive reporting.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and issue resolution, alongside practical experience in dependency mapping and contingency planning.
• Natural facilitation abilities, comfortable running structured workshops and presenting clear status updates to diverse audiences.
• Professional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have

• Practical knowledge or formal certification in project frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMP.
• Experience with budget and cost control, including financial forecasting, variance analysis, expense tracking, and invoice reviews.
