Role Overview
We are working in partnership with Priavo to search for their new Head of Business Performance. You will drive this dynamic business towards unparalleled growth and success. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer, this senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a hands on approach. You will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the business, ensuring expansion is both structured and sustainable while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture: Lead a multi-disciplinary team across people, finance, marketing, and internal operations, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the Finance Manager, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and forecasting to provide commercial insight and margin protection.
- Operational Excellence: Align departments to remove operational bottlenecks, championing continuous improvement and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Growth & Marketing: Oversee strategic marketing performance and growth initiatives to ensure brand consistency and strong market positioning.
- Client Relationship Management: Design and implement strategic client care programmes to support acquisition and retention.
What are we looking for?
Someone with…
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an SME or scaling business.
- Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for influencing and negotiating.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Experience in leading change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a global or rapidly scaling business environment.
- Background within the Security Industry.
- Formal leadership or management qualifications (e.g., MBA or equivalent).
