Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Treatment Delivery: Perform high-quality treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage to five-star industry standards.
- Guest Experience Management: Provide a seamless, luxury guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring ultimate relaxation and professionalism.
- Operational Integration: Seamlessly adapt to various luxury spa environments, collaborating effectively with on-site management and reception teams.
- Professional Standards: Maintain impeccable grooming, punctuality, and adherence to the specific protocols of our elite partner venues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience within a five-star hotel spa or luxury private members' club.
- Certification: CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT or equivalent qualification in massage/beauty therapy.
- Insurance: Valid and current professional indemnity insurance.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage techniques.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in advanced body treatments or high-end facial protocols.
- Current First Aid certificate.
