Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Agent to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lettings process, from initial client contact to successful tenancy agreements. You will be a key player in growing our portfolio, building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a seamless, professional service that upholds our brand's reputation for excellence in the competitive London property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, providing detailed information and answering queries to facilitate a decision.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon to secure a successful let.
• Manage all associated administration, including preparing tenancy agreements, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant UK property laws and regulations.
• Proactively generate new business by building relationships with landlords, registering new properties, and marketing them effectively across various platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a lettings or real estate role, preferably within a fast-paced urban environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• ARLA/Propertymark qualification (or working towards it).
• In-depth knowledge of the London property market and specific postcodes.
