We have already transformed access to credit for thousands of small businesses in the Philippines, and we are now building a full-stack Neobank that will include multi-currency bank accounts, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, payroll.
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our growing fintech company as we continue to expand our operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our Lead DevOps to shape our cloud strategy, security, and scalability, ensuring our systems remain robust and reliable.
With your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our cloud environment across multiple providers. Your focus on security and compliance will be essential as we navigate the complex regulatory landscape of financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Adopt a Security First approach in everything you do; take ownership of Cloud Security
- Build, maintain and assist with the Cloud deployments for the company (Azure; Digital Ocean)
- Architect our Cloud and Network infrastructure, maintaining a good balance between current needs and future scaling requirements
- Maintain and build developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimise our Cloud and Tooling spend, to ensure our funds are efficiently allocated and to maximise developer productivity
- Support the engineering team with deploying and maintaining our live workloads
- Collaborate with the IT and security team to manage requirements for the engineering team
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to Cloud create a smooth experience for all stakeholders
- Build and maintain monitoring solution for our deployed services across the stack
- Be an expert for everything Cloud, automation and DevOps best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Workflows/Actions.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and serverless/managed container platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS).
