EMEA Recruitment has partnered exclusively with a major international consumer manufacturing group to appoint a Global Transfer Pricing Manager. Operating as a permanent, full-time individual contributor based in Bangalore, India, you will work remotely within a lean, internationally distributed Global Tax team, with opportunities to connect in person with local colleagues when required. In this hands-on position, you will take direct ownership of end-to-end transfer pricing operations, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide to align intercompany policies with evolving international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee comprehensive global transfer pricing processes, maintaining the centralized TP documentation repository and ensuring robust audit trails.
  • Review and refine intercompany arrangements, policies, and formal legal agreements across international operations.
  • Provide pragmatic, solution-oriented transfer pricing guidance to cross-functional business units and finance teams.
  • Direct benchmarking analyses and collaborate with external advisors to deliver accurate local file documentation.
  • Co-lead and actively support transfer pricing audits, advance pricing agreements (APAs), and ruling applications, managing relationships with tax authorities.
  • Track international legislative changes and drive the implementation of emerging transfer pricing standards globally.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience, demonstrating substantial depth in compliance, documentation, and operational execution.
  • Proven background successfully managing transfer pricing audits and liaising with tax authorities.
  • Solid experience navigating multinational tax frameworks across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong self-direction, with the capability to operate autonomously and take full accountability for deliverables within a lean structure.
