We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping through to delivery. You will serve as the connective tissue between departments, aligning stakeholders, setting project timelines, and ensuring every deliverable meets our standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build and manage detailed delivery schedules, tracking progress and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep tasks aligned with agreed timelines and objectives.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, capturing action items and communicating updates clearly across teams.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement adjustments to keep initiatives on schedule.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in project management, successfully delivering initiatives from discovery to completion.
- Strong grasp of standard project management methodologies and tools for planning, scheduling, and risk tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across different teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical, detail-oriented approach to roadblocks.
- Fluency in English, along with professional working proficiency in Italian to collaborate effectively in Milan.
Nice-to-have
- Recognised project management credentials (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications).
- Experience coordinating technical or multi-disciplinary initiatives.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration platforms and workflow management software.
