Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly capable Web & App Developer to build, maintain, and continuously improve our digital platforms. This role is focused on bringing designs to life, ensuring that websites and applications are fast, reliable, scalable, and visually executed exactly as intended. You will act as the technical backbone of our digital presence, bridging the gap between creative vision and functional reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain high-performance, responsive websites and mobile-friendly applications using modern frameworks.
• Design Translation: Translate design files into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible builds while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor and improve site speed, stability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with designers and content teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement innovative new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in modern web development (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow and API integrations.
• Strong version control habits using Git.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or mobile app development environments.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency or creative studio environment.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to better support the design team.
