Head of Product – B2C / Subscription | Berlin
A high-growth e-commerce startup in Berlin is looking for a Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its digital platform. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
About the Role
You’ll own the roadmap, shape the product experience end-to-end, and build out the product function as the business scales.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a product strategy focused on subscriber growth, conversion, and retention.
- Optimise the customer journey across web and app, from onboarding to repeat orders.
- Use data and customer insight to drive decisions, reduce churn, and increase LTV.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, with 3+ in a senior leadership role.
- Experience scaling B2C digital products, ideally subscription or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in improving acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV/CAC.
- Strong grasp of customer journeys, product analytics, and product-led growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; fluent English (German a plus).
