QA Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing streams to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will work closely with developers to identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle and advocate for best practices in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and coverage plans.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
• Maintain and improve continuous integration (CI) pipelines for automated testing.
• Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system stability and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in software automation testing within an agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code for automation scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or K6.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent professional qualification.
