Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer for a contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. You will play a key role in a project-based environment, translating business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. While experience within the higher education sector is highly desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure custom solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Extend the Dynamics 365 platform using C#, .NET, and JavaScript to create custom plugins, workflows, and web resources.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage solution deployments, including packaging, source control, and release management within Azure DevOps.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing for existing Dynamics 365 CE applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM/365 CE Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with solution customisation, configuration, and extension.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working on projects within the Higher Education sector.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications.
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and Azure DevOps.
