CoCo Group Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning integrated brand experience agency headquartered in London to find an accomplished Senior Project Manager. In this high-impact role, you will take complete ownership of complex, large-scale exhibition builds spanning the Middle East, Far East, and Europe. Working from a hybrid London hub with international travel, you will collaborate with premier in-house creative and digital teams to turn ambitious concepts into flawlessly executed live environments for leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee full exhibition lifecycle management from initial pre-production, CAD cross-checks, and graphics sign-off through to live show delivery and derig.
  • On-Site Operational Leadership: Direct on-site builds, leading multi-disciplinary crews of exhibit builders and AV specialists while upholding rigorous health, safety, and venue standards.
  • Commercial & Risk Management: Construct comprehensive project timelines, track budgets on builds exceeding £1M in value, evaluate complexity, and manage commercial risk proactively.
  • Partner & Supplier Negotiation: Lead procurement and subcontractor relationships across logistics, fabrication, and technology, negotiating optimal value and delivery standards.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as the trusted senior point of contact during project planning and live phases, ensuring client alignment and spotting organic growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale exhibition projects valued at £1,000,000+ within an agency environment.
  • Extensive on-site delivery experience across key international regions, notably Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.
  • Deep technical mastery of exhibition construction, CAD drawings, print production, and venue health and safety regulations.
  • Strong practical comprehension of integrated AV, interactive setups, and smart digital systems within live physical spaces.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with demonstrated capability in budget control, supplier costings, and high-stakes negotiation.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, remaining composed and solutions-driven under pressure.

  • Established network of international exhibition contractors and supply chain partners.
  • Experience conducting independent technical site inspections and producing detailed feasibility reports globally.
  • Familiarity with the latest innovations in smart devices and interactive event connectivity.
