Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations in the fast-paced data and analytics sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, developing new business opportunities, and becoming a true market expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in both contract and permanent roles.
- Proactively develop new business by identifying and engaging with prospective clients within the Data & Analytics space.
- Build and maintain a strong network of high-calibre candidates, providing them with expert career advice and market insights.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a technology or related market.
- Proven track record of success in a high-volume recruitment environment (contract or permanent).
- A strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree or higher.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanour.
Nice-to-Have
- A degree from a Russell Group University.
- Specific recruitment experience within the Data, Analytics, or a closely related technology vertical.
