React Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our growing engineering team in London. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable front-end applications, translating design wireframes into high-performance code, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern front-end workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to deliver integrated features.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Context API, etc.).
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, MobX, or React Query).
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (NPM, Webpack, Vite).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or Server Side Rendering.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
