Our client is a specialist recruitment business operating exclusively within the UK wealth management and financial services market, partnering with advisory firms and practice groups across the UK.
Due to continued growth and a strong volume of live roles, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sourcing & Delivery Consultant to support their recruitment operations remotely from South Africa.
The role
This position focuses on candidate sourcing, engagement and delivery across active UK-based mandates. You’ll work closely with the wider recruitment team to build pipelines, assess candidates, and deliver high-quality shortlists into live roles.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive sourcing and market mapping within the financial services sector
- Identifying, engaging and qualifying suitable candidates
- Producing timely, high-quality shortlists aligned to client requirements
- Managing candidates through the early stages of the recruitment process
- Using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases and job boards
- Working remotely with a high level of ownership and accountability
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, with recent experience in financial services recruitment
- Experience in a recruitment agency
- Strong sourcing, research and candidate assessment capability
- A consistent delivery track record within a structured recruitment environment
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Degree-qualified (unfortunately, applicants without a completed degree cannot be considered)
- Experience recruiting internationally preferred.
