Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and oversee the development of our scaling platform. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, managing the engineering organization, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• Engineering Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads.
• Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Operational Excellence: Implement robust DevOps, security, and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a high-growth environment.
• Strong background in software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with fundraising and board-level reporting.
• Background in Fintech or high-security data environments.
• Active participation in the tech community or open-source contributions.
