Role: Operations Coordinator

Overview of duties:
Are you an organised, proactive and solution-focused operations professional? We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of our operations teams in Aberdeen. This role is key to ensuring our clients receive safe, timely and high-quality operational support
Key responsibilities:
· Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials to meet client requirements and operational deadlines
· Liaise directly with clients to understand their personnel and equipment needs, arranging full mobilisation accordingly
· Provide guidance to clients on operational or equipment limitations, offering alternative solutions where possible
· Ensure all equipment is fully maintained, certified and fit for purpose
· Undertake manpower planning to ensure appropriate resource availability; support recruitment of staff or contractors when required
· Monitor and manage costs related to manpower, equipment and project activity, raising any concerns promptly
· Gather and verify all cost information to support accurate and timely invoicing
· Engage and coordinate third party suppliers and services as needed
· Ensure all required documentation and client reporting is completed accurately and in line with company procedures
· Maintain strong communication between clients, field teams, management and internal departments to ensure safe, efficient and on schedule operations
· Provide supervision and support to direct reports
· Participate in an on call rota to support 24/7 operational coverage when required
What we are looking for:

· Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
· Understanding of operational or technical environments (energy/oil & gas experience beneficial)
· A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
· Formal technical qualification along with previous working experience, preferably within the product line
