Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the fwefw headquarters, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and fully-stocked environment for employees and visitors alike.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the leadership team, including calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Vendor & Facility Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, building management, and maintenance contractors to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Document & Data Control: Maintain, organize, and update digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and strict confidentiality.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Take the lead in planning and executing internal company events, team-building activities, and hosting key client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Administrative Track Record: At least 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated office administration, reception, or team assistant role.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy Skillset: Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with an ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Unrivalled Organisation: Laser-sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively under pressure.
