  • Build reusable Claude skills, structured prompts, and automated processes for customer journey mapping, wireframing, and research synthesis.
  • Deliver high-impact customer experience strategies, translating research, user insights, and business goals into robust experience maps, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes.
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to run collaborative workshops, uncover core challenges, and present evidence-based design solutions.
  • Lead AI enablement across the wider design team by mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and driving the adoption of scalable AI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep, hands-on capability in configuring Anthropic Claude, including prompt chaining, custom instructions, and building reusable, structured AI workflows.
  • Strong professional background in Customer Experience (CX) or User Experience (UX) design, grounded in user-centred design methodologies and digital experience strategy.
  • Proven track record creating core design artefacts, including detailed customer journey maps, wireframes, service blueprints, and interactive wireframes.
  • Practical experience applying AI directly to design processes, such as synthesising user research or automating stakeholder interview analysis, while retaining critical human judgement.
  • Collaborative stakeholder engagement skills with confidence facilitating client workshops and presenting strategic concepts.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom with existing right to work (visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice-to-have

  • Prior client-delivery experience within a digital agency, creative consultancy, or fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Formal study or postgraduate qualifications in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proven success championing team-wide AI adoption and upskilling multidisciplinary teams on AI tools.
