Role Overview
We are building one of the most ambitious AI infrastructure platforms in the market. This is not a traditional cloud or data centre business; we are creating a vertically integrated platform that delivers AI compute at industrial scale by combining power, infrastructure, and GPU clusters into a single system.
As the Chief Delivery Officer, you will lead our execution strategy from day one. You will be responsible for deploying our first GPU clusters into colocation environments and building the delivery model that scales into multi-site AI infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to build the delivery engine behind a next-generation AI infrastructure platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial Scale Deployment: Lead the deployment of high-density GPU clusters, owning the end-to-end delivery across design, build, and commissioning.
- Strategic Scaling: Define the blueprint for how AI infrastructure is deployed at scale, transitioning from initial colocation deployments to purpose-built, proprietary sites.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build and lead a full delivery organisation from scratch, fostering a culture of high performance and rapid execution.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee complex requirements involving power, cooling, and high-density environments to ensure optimal system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and high-density compute environments.
- Hands-on leadership style with a track record of executing complex projects at pace.
- Expertise in vendor management and industrial-scale supply chains.

- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Background in vertically integrated infrastructure or energy-intensive industries.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
