We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Employee Central Analyst to join the Corporate IT team. This is a hands-on functional role responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing systems that power HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance operations.
You’ll work directly with HR, Payroll, and IT leadership to drive technology improvements, process optimization, automation initiatives, and project-based enhancements across SAP Payroll, EC, and WorkForce Software.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP Payroll, Employee Central (EC), and WorkForce Software (or equivalent T&A solutions)
- Troubleshoot root-cause issues involving master data, integrations, and payroll cycles
- Lead and support IT projects, enhancements, upgrades, and new features
- Identify process gaps and drive automation, workflow improvements, and system optimization
- Build and enhance reporting/analytics using Power BI, Spinifex, and SQL/Snowflake
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT leadership to improve existing technologies and streamline end-to-end processes
- Develop and execute unit, regression, and integration test plans
- Document system updates, job aids, and procedure changes for end-users
- Ensure best practices are followed across the ERP/HRIS ecosystem
Requirements What We’re Looking For
- 4–5+ years SAP Payroll functional experience
- 4–5+ years SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with WorkForce Software or similar Time & Attendance platforms
- Background supporting or contributing to IT/ERP projects
- Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to redesign workflows and optimize system usage
- Reporting experience with Power BI / Spinifex
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred: WinShuttle/Precisely, SQL/Snowflake, multi-state payroll environments
