
About the Client Our client is a small, specialist recruitment business focused on a very specific type of client — high-growth AI and SaaS startups across London, New York, and San Francisco who need exceptional GTM talent and won't compromise on quality to get it.
They don't work on volume, they work on quality. Almost everything is retained or exclusive, and most work comes through referrals and reputation. That means the roles are genuinely interesting, the clients are bought in, and the bar for what "good" looks like is high.
The Role Our client's biggest constraint on growth right now is sourcing and screening time — and that's where you come in. You'll own candidate delivery across their GTM roles, spanning both individual contributor and leadership hires. The majority of volume is in Sales (predominantly AEs), with hiring across Marketing, Customer Success, and increasingly Founder's Associate and Chief of Staff positions. You'll work directly with the founder and senior recruiter, joining kickoffs, getting under the skin of each brief, and building your own search strategy from there.
The screens you run will matter. Candidates are senior and heavily approached — they can tell within two minutes whether the person on the other end of the call actually gets what they do. Our client needs someone who can hold that conversation properly.
