We are building a new class of AI infrastructure, beyond traditional cloud and general data centre models.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in building the teams behind large scale data centre and colocation deployments. This is a fast paced, early stage opportunity to own end to end hiring for the people needed to support live GPU infrastructure environments.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record hiring into real data centre environments, with a strong understanding of colocation, site operations, critical facilities, hardware support and operational delivery. We do not want recruiters from software, product, data or generalist engineering backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for data centre operations and colocation hiring

Build pipelines for critical hires including site operations, GPU hardware technicians, rack and stack technicians, network support within data centre environments, critical facilities, logistics, inventory, and mechanical and electrical support

Partner directly with leadership to turn deployment plans into clear hiring roadmaps

Support hiring for teams operating within third party colocation environments, ensuring the right operational capability is in place for deployment and ongoing support

Provide market intelligence across Europe and the US, including talent mapping, competitor insights and compensation benchmarking within data centre and mission critical infrastructure markets

Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining pace, urgency and quality across multiple hires

Required Skills and Experience

Proven track record recruiting into data centres, colocation, GPU infrastructure or mission critical environments

Strong understanding of operational hiring within live data centre settings

Experience hiring for roles such as rack and stack, GPU hardware support, critical facilities, network support, site operations, logistics, inventory, and mechanical or electrical support

Able to work at pace and manage hiring in a fast moving, high growth environment

Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging briefs where needed

This role is not suited to recruiters from software, product, application, data or telco backgrounds
