Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical direction and scale our engineering organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning our technology strategy with our business goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term technical roadmap and architecture strategy to support business growth and scalability.
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Product Delivery: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of robust, secure, and user-centric applications.
• Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive digital transformation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align technology investments with overall company objectives and budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior leadership role within a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in scaling startups from Series B to IPO.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML integration and data security compliance (GDPR/ISO27001).
