Alfa Demo Inc. is seeking an analytically minded Strategy Insights & Planning Associate to bridge the gap between cutting-edge life sciences and actionable commercial decision-making. Operating on a permanent, full-time basis from within the United Kingdom on a hybrid working model, you will play a central role in transforming qualitative and quantitative market data into high-impact strategic advisory for the healthcare and biopharma sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct robust strategic analysis, market research, and qualitative and quantitative evaluations to address key client business questions.
- Formulate evidence-based insights to support pharmaceutical, commercial, and biotech strategy engagements.
- Synthesise large, intricate healthcare datasets into clear commercial narratives and structured strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver advisory work spanning product launch, portfolio planning, and market access.
- Design and prepare executive-level presentation decks, reports, and strategic deliverables for key project stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a Life Sciences discipline, such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or Chemistry.
- Demonstrated foundational experience or strong literacy in healthcare advisory, biopharma strategy, or life sciences management consulting.
- Proven ability to execute strategic insights generation, commercial market analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Robust capabilities in interpreting clinical and commercial dynamics across the life sciences sector.

Nice-to-Have
- Academic background from institutions such as the University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, UCL, or King's College London.
- Hands-on experience with quantitative modelling, advanced Excel data analysis, and data visualisation tools.
- Polished stakeholder communication skills with a track record of executive presentation design and visual storytelling.
