Key Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Backend Mastery: Proven professional experience building robust APIs and server-side applications using modern backend languages (such as Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Frontend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, particularly React, Vue, or Angular, along with excellent HTML5 and CSS3 skills.
- Database Management: Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization.
- DevOps & Cloud: Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation tools like Docker.
- Senior Leadership: At least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of leading technical projects and guiding team members.
