Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging, high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency in both tone of voice and visual identity.
  • SEO & Website Optimisation: Monitor and improve search engine rankings through effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Manage and update the company website to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilise tools like Google Analytics to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and ROI, presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee our organic social media channels, fostering community engagement and implementing strategies to expand our online reach.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our programmes ahead of the curve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and Content Management Systems (WordPress).
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent ability to analyse complex data sets, monitor user behaviour, and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with impeccable British English grammar and copy-writing capabilities.
  • Project Management: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Creative Eye: A strong eye for design, layout, and visual colour harmony is highly desirable.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus scheme.
  • Flexible hybrid working model (split between our modern London centre and home working).
  • Comprehensive pension scheme and private healthcare.
  • Dedicated budget for professional development and continuous training programmes.
  • A vibrant, supportive, and social team culture with regular company events.
