Onboarding Coordinator

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding checklist and timelines for all incoming employees.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare and configure company laptops for new hires.
  • Submit and track requests for system, application, and network access.
  • Monitor upcoming start dates and proactively address any readiness gaps.
  • Follow up on outstanding access requests to prevent onboarding delays.
  • Develop and maintain a welcome-day playbook for managers, including logistics templates, communication guidelines, and best practices

What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it:

  • Proficiency in office software, data management, and communication tools. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Slack, Webex, Excel, PowerPoint. Needs to be comfortable with laptops as they will be supporting preparing & configuring company laptops for new hires.

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

  • 1-2 years relevant customer support or office, on-boarding, IT coordination experience;
  • Keen interest in logistics, employee engagement, employee experience;
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

  • Recent graduate in business administration, business management or relevant experience
