Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Senior Developer based in Mexico to lead the technical implementation and optimization of our cross-channel reporting and measurement initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in data architecture, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for building the foundational data structures and dashboards in CJA, enabling our business and marketing teams to gain a holistic view of the customer journey and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design, setup, and integration of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including configuring connections, data views, and collaborating with data engineers to ensure proper data ingestion into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Design and manage the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas and datasets, building and maintaining complex Data Views in CJA to support diverse business questions.
- Develop advanced reports and visualizations in Analysis Workspace to uncover customer journey insights, and act as the subject matter expert for CJA, providing technical guidance, training, and support to stakeholders.
- Utilize CJA's advanced features (flow, fallout, pathing) to uncover actionable insights and work with teams to activate CJA-identified audiences back into RTCDP or other downstream systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of total experience in a reporting, measurement, or data-focused role within digital marketing.
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- 2+ years of practical experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schemas, datasets, and identity resolution.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Adobe Analysis Workspace.
- Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer.
- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
