Alfa Demo Inc. is looking for an exceptional, forward-thinking Group Chief Data Officer to lead our organization-wide data vision. Based in London on a permanent, full-time hybrid basis, this pivotal executive appointment will define, champion, and deliver a transformative enterprise data strategy. As our data leader, you will partner directly with board members and C-suite executives to cultivate a mature data culture, modernize our core technical foundations, and turn complex data assets into measurable business value. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver a comprehensive enterprise data strategy, target operating model, and data roadmap aligned with Alfa Demo Inc.’s overarching digital transformation goals.
- Direct the modernization of our data landscape, guiding the evolution of cloud data platforms, data lakes, warehouses, and seamless API integrations.
- Establish robust data governance frameworks, managing data quality, master data management, and strict regulatory compliance including GDPR and data privacy standards.
- Spearhead advanced business intelligence, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI strategies to deliver actionable executive dashboards and commercial insight.
- Serve as the executive evangelist for data literacy across the group, reporting directly to the board and managing functional data budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in an executive data leadership role (such as CDO, Head of Data, or VP of Data) navigating complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and engineering, encompassing modern cloud data platforms and large-scale system integration.
- Demonstrable success in establishing enterprise-wide data governance programs, master data management, and data privacy frameworks under GDPR.
- Strong background in building and scaling business intelligence, advanced analytics, and applied AI initiatives that generate tangible organizational value.
- Outstanding executive stakeholder management and board reporting capabilities, with a talent for leading organizational change and cross-functional teams.

- Relevant industry certifications in enterprise data governance, cloud architecture, or information privacy management.
