A fast-growing AI content business is looking for a freelance AI Operations & Content Specialist to join them on an ongoing basis.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who sits at the intersection of AI, content, education and operations — and wants to help build something from the ground up.

The business is already building a strong audience through AI-led Instagram content, delivering bespoke B2B workshops, and launching a live cohort-based GenAI course for business owners. Now they’re looking for someone deeply embedded in the AI space who can help scale both the creative output and operational infrastructure behind it.

This is not a narrow technical role.

They’re looking for a creative-first operator — someone equally comfortable developing viral AI content ideas, delivering workshops to clients, building course materials, and implementing smarter AI-driven workflows internally.

The right person will likely be: • Deeply self-taught in AI and genuinely obsessed with the space • A strong creative thinker with a sharp eye for content • Comfortable presenting and simplifying AI for non-technical audiences • Operationally minded and proactive in improving systems/processes • Excited by fast-moving environments where they can have real impact

The role will cover: – AI-focused Instagram content & production – B2B workshop creation and delivery – Cohort-based course support & curriculum building – Internal AI operations, automation & workflow optimisation
