We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our embedded RPO team, working closely with fast-growing startups. This is a delivery-focused, client-facing role where you will operate as an extension of your clients’ internal teams, owning recruitment processes end-to-end.
You will initially join an existing account team, shadowing and supporting a Senior Talent Partner to understand client context, hiring priorities, and ways of working. From there, you will progress into independent ownership of up to two client accounts, managing stakeholders and recruitment delivery directly.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on recruitment, close client partnership, and operating in fast-moving, product-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment across tech, engineering, and product roles, with flexibility to support other functions depending on client needs.
- Act as an embedded partner within client organisations, managing hiring processes from role intake through to offer and onboarding.
- Support recruitment delivery within a team structure initially, then progress to independently managing up to two client accounts.
- Own relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and a high-quality hiring experience.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and feedback using a range of recruitment and productivity tools including LinkedIn, internal systems, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Balance delivery across multiple roles and stakeholders while maintaining pace, quality, and candidate experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes, tooling, and delivery standards across the embedded RPO team.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, either in-house, embedded, or in a closely aligned agency-to-internal model.
- Strong experience recruiting for tech, engineering, or product roles, with the ability to operate as a generalist when required.
- Experience working with startups or high-growth businesses, and an understanding of the pace, ambiguity, and evolving priorities that come with these environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and run recruitment processes or accounts with a high level of ownership.
- Prior experience recruiting for the UK market is essential.
- Comfortable using a range of recruitment platforms, systems, and productivity tools, and adapting quickly to new technology.
