Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and attention to detail are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring all deliveries match manifest documentation.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for dispatch to customers and retail partners.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and processing shipments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator licence (Reach or Counterbalance).
- Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manual handling environment.
