
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a high-growth AI company based in Hoxton, London. The role is mainly remote, with ideally one day in the office each week, or every other week. Salary is £45-65k, with a 40% uncapped OTE.
The right person will be excellent at building long-term customer relationships, commercially sharp, and confident managing major enterprise partnerships, ideally with ACVs of £100k+.
