Recommend changes that make a job more likely to be filled

POST/v1/job-setup/hiring-likelihood/recommendations

With `jobId`, the recommendations are also saved on that job.

Requires the session token of a signed-in Alfa user as a bearer token.

  • 429Too many requests, or the AI service is busy. Retry after a short wait. Problem details
