Forward Deployed Recruiter
Inspired by the playbook behind the world's best software companies. We embed a senior recruiter directly in your team and run your whole hiring process, from first search to signed offer, on top of the Alfa platform. The judgment of a specialist, the speed of software, one flat monthly fee.
A recruiter on your team
A senior recruiter who learns your roles, your bar and your culture, then owns hiring end-to-end. Standups included.
Built on the Alfa platform
Every search, screen and interview runs on the same AI engine fast-growing teams hire with, so your recruiter works at software speed.
Genuinely end-to-end
Sourcing, outreach, AI screening, scheduling and offer management. You only ever meet candidates worth meeting.
One flat monthly fee
No 20-30% placement commissions. Predictable pricing that scales with your roadmap, not your salaries.
