Meet Academy. Learn every part of Alfa without leaving it.
Alfa does a lot: it writes your job adverts, screens applicants, sources candidates who never applied and books their interviews. Knowing where everything lives should not slow you down.
Academy brings step-by-step guides, demo videos and answers for every part of Alfa into one place in the sidebar, with Lisa on hand for anything the guides do not cover.
A guide for every part of Alfa
Guides are grouped by what you are trying to do, from getting started and creating a job to screening, sourcing, interviews and billing. Each one explains where to find the feature and walks you through it step by step, with links to related guides when you want to go further.
Watch it before you try it
Every guide comes with a short demo video, so you can see a feature in action before you use it yourself. Look for the play icon next to a guide to find its video.
Search in your own words
Type what you are looking for at the top of Academy and the matching guides appear as you type, along with the part of each guide that covers your question.
Ask Lisa when a guide is not enough
If no guide quite answers your question, press Enter to ask Lisa. She knows every guide in Academy, answers in plain English and can often do the task for you, such as drafting a job or reviewing applicants.
