Alfa now works with Microsoft 365. Interviews and outreach, straight from Outlook.
Plenty of hiring teams live in Outlook. Until now, Microsoft 365 teams had to juggle Alfa and Outlook separately, checking two places to see when they were free and watching outreach go out from an address that was not their own.
Today Alfa connects to Microsoft 365. Link your account from Integrations, and candidates book interviews only when you are free, each interview lands in Outlook with a Teams link, and your outreach goes out from your own inbox.
Candidates only see times you are free
Choose which Outlook calendars count, and Alfa hides every busy time on them from your booking page. Candidates pick from the slots that are genuinely open, so you never have to move a meeting to fit an interview in. Events you mark as Free or Working elsewhere in Outlook stay bookable.
Interviews land in Outlook
When a candidate books, the interview appears in your Outlook calendar straight away. If they reschedule, the event moves with them, and if they cancel, it disappears. Your calendar always matches your pipeline without you touching it.
A Teams link on every interview
If your account can host Microsoft Teams meetings, each interview event comes with a Teams link, shown next to Join in your upcoming interviews. The interview itself still runs in the Alfa interview room, with the candidate’s profile, resume and Lisa’s questions beside you, and the recording on their profile afterwards.
Outreach from your own inbox
Turn on Outreach inbox for your Microsoft 365 account, and the outreach sequences for jobs you own go out from your own Outlook address instead of a shared one. Candidates hear from a real person at your company, and every email lands in your Sent Items like any other message you write.
Replies come back to Alfa
When a candidate replies, their sequence stops straight away, so nobody gets a follow-up after they have already answered. The reply appears in your Alfa Inbox alongside the rest of the candidate’s thread, ready for you or Lisa to pick up. Alfa sends up to 50 outreach emails a day from each inbox to keep your sending healthy.
Connected in under a minute
Open Integrations in the sidebar, select Connect Microsoft 365 and sign in with your work or school account, then turn on Calendar, Outreach inbox or both. On your calendar, Alfa only reads when you are busy and the interview events it adds itself, never the details of your other meetings. If your organization needs an administrator to approve new apps, ask your IT team to approve Alfa AI and connect again.
